About Us
Chappie’s caravan was named after our beloved Dennis Chapman who passed away in 2025.
Dennis was known as Chappie, and he was a proper Yorkshireman who moved to Liverpool at a young age until his passing in 2025.
Dennis loved his holidays abroad, but mainly when his three daughters were young Dennis and his wife would always take them to caravan sites and have fun and make wonderful memories at different caravan sites around the country.
After his passing his daughter Kelly, son in law Albert and his grandsons Anthony and Marc decided to honour Dennis with his unique caravan and call it Chappie’s Caravan.
To make things more honourable to Chappie the telephone number use to contact us belonged to Dennis and this has been taken over to even honour even more Dennis and keep his memory going forever.
Our aim is to provide you with the best experience for your stay and make loads of memories with your family and your dogs if you choose to bring them with you.

Gas central heating ensures comfort whatever the weather. Outside, there’s enclosed decking for families to enjoy, along with a small lawned area with a bench offering a pleasant spot for your morning brew or an evening drink as the sun sets.
Private parking is available for one car, and up to three well-behaved pets are welcome. Guests can take advantage of the on-site facilities at Lyons Robin Hood, including entertainment venues, swimming pools and dining options – all just a short stroll away.
